1000 released costing 300 xats each. The price after the first release reached 400 - 500 xats, but has now gone down to 350 - 375 xats as the second bunch is currently in the stores.

Update 1: Users are selling the power for 350 xats now. (11.27am) The current price of PulseFX is between 320 - 340 xats!
Update 2: The price is now 310 - 325 xats on Trade, and there's only going to be 2000 around on xat! Last year, that would have been a good profit! (11.33am)
