AFTER AUCTION:

Sunday: The price went down to 12000 - 14000 xats on Trade. People were buying the power for 10,000 - 11,000 xats.

Monday:The price dropped so people were trying to trade DROP for 'Namecolor'. People were buying for 9,000 - 10,000 xats.

Tuesday: "Dropped" to 6000 - 7000 xats

Wednesday: People were selling for 4,000 xats with people buying for 3700 - 3900 xats. However, a few hours later it went down to 3,300 - 3,700 xats.

Thursday:  Price is now currently '2,000 xats'.

Current day: It has gone down to only 550 - 650 xats.

I wonder what the next power is going to be!      
 

x4000 DROP Powers Release Info (Power 199 & FINAL UPDATES!)

This morning I went on xat at around **11.30am GMT** and I had seen that 42 announced on @xattwitter that power 199 is going to be Drop.

Now, let's first start with the Twitter post:

  

We're not sure what the power currently looks like, and when it's going to be released. However, we'll provide you with further information as soon as possible.

4000 released in the Power Auction . It is limited and there is NO price for the power!

42 has done this in a very interesting way. All x4000 released at once and one lucky user will be able to buy them all at once! So, it would look like this ...

Pretty smart, huh? The user does not actually have the power, but this is just a prediction of what may happen.

So, let's see that Auction:

The following user had offered 200,000 xats , which would mean that he's paying 50 xats each for the power. 

**NOTE**

The Auction will end Sunday Evening at around **9pm GMT+0**

Update 1
Testers are now selling this power between 3000 - 6000 xats .

Update 2
The price on Trade was very expensive and the demand was very high. Believe it or not, the price on Trade is now around 27,000 - 33,000 xats.

Update 3
Christina has confirmed that there will be NO MORE RELEASES from this point. There will stick to a total of x4000 DROP powers! Pretty rare, if you ask me! 

 












Update 4
It's Sunday, and the price has now been dropped to 12,000 - 15,000 xats. My, what drama this power has caused over the weekend, and it's only a smiley power similar to drip!

Update 5
Less than an hour until the Power Auction officially finishes and the price is still at the same as an 'epic' power. Let's take a look at the Auction; 

The user has bidded over 1 million xats! The amount she did is the same as her basically paying 251 xats for each power!

**FINAL UPDATE**
The Auction has now finished . The final bid was over 3 Million xats, and there was a tight contest between him, Anny and Jenni.

42 announced the final bidder:

**Weekly Drop News**
Drop has been dropping every day for the past few days now. Esekiel has shocking sold over 500, according to rumours, and the price is now between 1900 - 2200 xats.

Hi everyone,

As a new week is coming to an end, I will be focusing on the highlights which have happened this week.

The following are...

• Halloween has hit the trend on xat this month! The power has risen from 800 - 850 xats to 1000 - 1050 xats.

 

• CARVE , (another Halloween themed power) has risen from 200 - 250 xats to a huge 450 - 500 xats!

 

• The new power is expected to begin testing later today or tomorrow.

 

• GAG is finally dropping from 950 - 1000 to 800 - 850 xats.

 

• Halloween pawns are rumoured to be back soon!

x1000 SPACEWAR Powers at Auction NOW! (Constant Updates)

Okay guys, this is it!

Today could possibly be your last chance to buy the SPACEWAR power, as a banner was posted advertising it being released through the Power Auction.

 

1000 released starting with a minimum cost of 1,000 xats

Because of the Auction the price had zoomed up to 2500 xats but has now dropped. Here is the actual Auction where it's taking place:

The big debate is on what the price of the power is going to be after the Auction has finished. This is because there is only going to be a total of 2000 SPACEWAR powers on xat, and no more will be released. This is also a LIMITED power as well as being a Group power which makes it even better!

Here are possible theories on why only 2,000 got released:

Theory 1 - 2000 got released because 42 expects the price to go extremely high through demand and when it reaches a very high cost he will release more on a possible Black Friday 2012 and gain some profit from a 'new' power.

Theory 2 - 42 wanted to have an experiment to see whether it was the quantity or the actual function of the power that causes the price to go up. If you remember SINS from 2012 that went over 2,500 xats because of the quantity. (4000 released)

Theory 3 - Users just stereotype.

Which theory do you agree with? We'll let you know any more information and further updates tomorrow, as well as posting an official walkthrough on how to compete in 'SPACEWAR!'

Update: AUCTION FINISHED! 
Yes I was a few days late and I apologise, but I have finally figured out the final price thanks to Carbon's investigating. The price finished at 3100 xats.

Because of this, the price had apparently dropped to 2700 - 2850 xats on Trade. I had thought it was profitable from Auction.

Update 2: The price on Trade is now 2000 - 2100 xats , the power is failing more than we thought! Remember, there is only a total of 2000 released!

Update: If you are reading this then you are too late! The power has become SOLD OUT!

The price on Trade is currently 1800 xats , so you should be able to make alot of profit.

SPACEWAR Power Release: Official Guide!

It's come early!

SPACEWAR , also known as Power 200 , got released at **6pm GMT** on a Thursday night which is pretty early for 42 to be releasing... 

However , there's a catch!

 

100 released costing 1000 xats each. When it means 'Limited to 2000' it may be that there's only going to be 2000 in total ?

The power is still in testing form as they hint 'test powers' got released. That's why there is no image of the power in the power stores, (see below)

 

You'll be able to make some profit as it's currently 2500 - 2800 xats in the stores.

Update: The image of the power has finally been uploaded and put onto the Powers store!

Riffy888 Chat Attacked

Updated: This post has finally been updated as from 12/10/2012 . We apologise for the delay!

One afternoon when I went on Riffy888 I saw that the chat had been attacked by bots once again!

The attack had also occurred during tracking season, but luckily the chat didn't get many users. 

There were 3 extra tabs , and the chat was more popular than Trade , which was a record!

What chat will get attacked next, do you wonder?

'CONFIRMED': Next Power is SPACEWAR!

We've had SPACEBAN, but now we're going to go more extreme than that, by bringing in the next power, 'SPACEWAR'.

I only found this out because last night 42 announced this on @xattwitter confirming the new power...

For those wondering, yes it has SPACE in the name hence it will be a similar power to SPACEBAN.

Update: The power smiley has now been made as well as the FUNCTION of the power. Read below for more details...

The smiley is shown below with the Animation it produces. The following animation is shown in order from left to right:

Seems pretty cool, doesn't it? It's an animation that lasts around 3 seconds!

So, I decided to find out more about this power by going to xat_test this afternoon and spotting a user with the power;

 

Function: SPACEWAR is another 'Game' power which is related to the Spaceban power. More details released soon.

The power also comes along with a pawn!

 


Hmm, is it me or was that the same pawn they used for Spaceban and they decided to bring it back?

Anyways, What do you think of SPACEWAR? I think that it's quite boring, but at least they changed the name to make it cool!
